Week 5 Term 2

This afternoon I asked the children what they have enjoyed this week, and here are their responses:

Assembly
Jump Jam
Maths
Writing
Inclined Planes
Levers
SSR (Sustained Silent Reading - well our version of this anyway!)

Good to see they are enjoying, and talking about the variety of learning experiences they are offered at school.

Thank you to those of you who have booked a time for the Three Way Conferences; this is a great opportunity to have an in depth discussion about your child's learning - from their point of view too!

I promised the children I would put a mystery question on the blog this week, and all correct answers will win a prize from the treasure box - can you answer this...

How many seagulls did it take to lift the Giant Peach out of the water to make it rise up out of the water like a majestic golden balloon?

Leave your answer as a response on this blog, and I will check on Tuesday morning :)

Have a great long weekend everyone!
